Equipment for the sale of carpet or vinyl

Depending on the model and overall dimensions, the paternoster carpet rack can hold from 13 to 67 rolls. Such carpet racks can be installed both in a supermarket sales area and in a warehouse.

The operator selects the carpet roll and moves it to the measuring and cutting area via the control panel.

To facilitate the sale of carpet and speed up customer service in the store, the flooring material is measured and cut using a mobile cutting device or a mounted cutting machine.

The mobile shearing unit enables the winding, cutting, measuring and packaging of carpet rolls. Just one carpet cutting machine is needed for a whole range of paternosters.

The trolley for transporting carpet rolls from the warehouse to the carpet sales equipment makes it easy to move heavy, long materials.

Racks for carpet rolls

For the shipment and transport of large quantities of vinyl or for stacked storage, the cheapest option is a mobile vinyl rack (Stackable tire racks or mobile carpet racks).

When not in use, the Stackable tire racks take up minimal space and can be used as returnable containers (overall dimensions: 2380 x 1430 x 1800 mm). Load capacity up to 2 tonnes per tier (up to 4 m).

The IPRIS-PROFIL carpet roll rack is available in two of the most common variations:

• a rack for printed carpet. This rack ensures maximum storage density and saves storage space. The recommendation is to store only one item of goods in one working channel.
• The cantilevered carpet rack provides easy access to each roll of carpet at any time. The length of the row can be extended by adding additional sections.
