Pallet stacking frames are used for a variety of goods. These include:

Pallet frames have dimensions of 2380 x 1430 x 1800 mm, but we can also produce customised frames depending on the length and height of the load. When designing stackable containers, we calculate the possibility of tiering, the number of tiers and the load on each tier.
Stackable tire racks are mounted one on top of the other with a maximum of 4 tiers.

Tire racks, with overall dimensions of 2400 x 1240 x 2000 mm, can carry a load of up to 2000 kg on the bottom tier.
The maximum stacking height is designed for 3 tiers.
With this stacking equipment, tyres can easily be stacked in a herringbone stacking method, which makes efficient use of the pallet space. The number of tyres of the same size in one tyre pallet remains fixed, which makes it easier to keep track of the goods.
Tyre pallets are useful for the storage and transport of car tyres as they provide:
- protecting products from damage;
- safety when handling goods with loading equipment, as the stackable frames have grips that prevent slipping;
- high vehicle loading/unloading speed;
- speed of moving frames from the vehicle to the storage location and stacking them;

- compact storage of empty containers due to collapsible or folding design, which can also be stacked vertically up to 20 pieces.
