The project of equipping the warehouse used for storage of raw materials and finished products was realised.
For the customer IPRIS-PROFILE has realised the production of pallet racks, padded racks and mezzanine.
When designing the racks, the dimensional characteristics of the goods were taken into account. For example, the width of the channels of padded shelving is not designed for Euro pallets, but for the height of the door leaf and is 2390 mm. To realise such a project, we offered the customer to manufacture non-standard metal pallets. A mezzanine with double-depth shelves was made to store skirting boards.
Also installed in this warehouse is a continuous row of conventional pallet racks, 378 metres long.
On average, we equip about 700 objects with shelving per year.
