Mobile cutting device for rolled floor coverings

Length calculation is carried out using an electronic angular displacement sensor (encoder), which ensures high accuracy of the calculation. The cutting device is equipped with a guide with a groove for the knife, with which the rectilinear and fast cutting of the coating with a hand knife is performed, without maximum effort. Indication, access control, control are realized by means of the industrial touch panel. Programmable control panel controller allows you to implement additional functions of accounting and control of material residues. Material feed for length calculation is made by means of feed shafts, which are driven by a worm gear motor. The receiving shafts allow the measured material to roll, followed by packing in a protective stretch film directly in the device.

The power supply of the device is carried out through a mobile current collector of the closed busbar of the trolley type, which allows the device to move along a number of serviced equipment, provides the device with mobility and safety in operation.

The device is equipped with special brackets for storing the used packaging material and easy access to them.
