Stillage cages consist of a welded mesh fence and a wooden pallet.

This type of wire mesh pallet cage can be supplemented with a one-piece cover or a customised double cover.
Pallet cages are used for storing and transporting small and medium-sized goods, as well as for storing on storage racks.
In addition, the pallet mesh cages, 800 mm high, are stackable containers and can be mounted vertically one on top of the other up to 4 pieces.

For easy loading/unloading of goods stillage cages are equipped with a hinged side, which facilitates quick access to the cargo in the container, regardless of the tier.
Catches located at the corners of the structure prevent the pallets from accidentally slipping.
Storage space for temporarily unused containers is minimised by the collapsible design of the stackable pallet cage.
Options for making wire mesh pallet boxes with wire-mesh sizes:
- 50 x 50 mm;
- 100 x 100 mm.
The different mesh sizes of the mesh stacking frames for eur pallet make it possible to accommodate different sized loads and choose the right container for storage or transport, e.g. car parts, construction and finishing materials, small accessories, piece goods.
As you may have noticed, the photos in the gallery show pallet cages manufactured to individual specifications with non-standard heights or a hinged door located on the side of the container rather than in the front.

Pallet cage, height 1800 mm
The tall wire mesh pallet box, H 1800 mm, is manufactured with two independent doors allowing access to goods on the bottom and top shelves separately.
The shelves allow separating heavy and fragile goods by different levels, which is convenient for storing and transporting different groups of goods. This ensures the integrity not only of the goods, but also of the packaging.
The construction of this type of mesh pallet cage is also collapsible.
In the same way as roll cages, mesh containers can also be used as returnable containers that do not require the use of stretch film.
